We had been seeking service for our dishwasher for a while and had been either receiving outlandish quotes or just ended up dealing with pretty non-responsive people. Appliance Repair USA made scheduling so quick and easy. It was an $85 flat rate that would have gone to the cost of repair had we needed one. Super reasonable! Our technician Alex was very helpful and didn't try to upsell us on anything we didn't need. Would call again!

Max fixed our dryer earlier this week and did a great job! He was prompt, courteous and diagnosed the issue quickly. Thankfully he had the needed parts on hand and was able to fix our dryer right then and there. Would absolutely use their services again.

After the inspection, I was quoted over $800 for repairs—an amount that exceeds the cost of purchasing a brand-new unit. This pricing feels unreasonable and unjustified, especially considering the age and condition of the appliance. To add to the frustration, I was charged an $85 diagnostic fee, despite the repair quote being declined due to its excessive cost. I understand service fees are standard, but in this case, the lack of value provided makes the charge feel unfair. I respectfully request that you reconsider the diagnostic fee or offer a more reasonable repair solution. I had hoped for a transparent and customer-focused experience, but this situation has left me feeling misled and dissatisfied. Please let me know if there’s any possibility of adjusting the charges or exploring alternative options.

Alex did a great job fixing my microwave. He was fast, efficient, and effective. My microwave is attached to the regular oven, so repairing it saved me a lot of money. I highly recommend Appliance Repair USA. They're coming back Monday to fix my dryer. The do good work!
