Romon was fantastic, he showed up on time and even waited 20 minutes for me while I was stuck in traffic. We had booked the night before and have 6 people living in the house along with 3 animals so a working Dryer is essential. He showed me that the dryer was full of lint and he cleaned it out for us along with repairing a lever that needed to be repaired.
