We had been seeking service for our dishwasher for a while and had been either receiving outlandish quotes or just ended up dealing with pretty non-responsive people. Appliance Repair USA made scheduling so quick and easy. It was an $85 flat rate that would have gone to the cost of repair had we needed one. Super reasonable! I had Demetri come today to fully replace all parts on the dryer. He did a great job for us and showed up when he said he would. I checked 3 other companies for transparency in pricing and these guys had the best pricing. And he looked at my washing machine when I hadn't put that on the list of complaints. I would ask for Demetri. He knew his craft!!! And fair pricing too!!!
