While cleaning my dishwasher filter a part came out that I had no idea where it came from and was unable to put back in. Appliance Repair USA replied to my email quickly and were very responsive. Came out right away and took care of my self-induced problem. Very reasonable service call and labor cost. Great job overall. I'm very happy with my working dishwasher.

I had a leaking washer and was unhappy with the initial service. The technician repeated the same checks I had already done and told me nothing was wrong. A few days later, the washer leaked again—this time all the way into my sunroom. I called a different service company, and they found a hole in the gasket and replaced the entire unit. I complained to the first company, but they still charged me the service fee. I will not use Appliance Repair USA for any of my other appliances.

Alex did a thorough cleaning and repair on my Bosch dryer. He showed me how the lint and dust were built up by the drain hose and now it dries wonderful. I really recommend their services.
