While cleaning my dishwasher filter a part came out that I had no idea where it came from and was unable to put back in. Appliance Repair USA replied to my email quickly and were very responsive. I had a leaking washer and was unhappy with the initial service. The technician repeated the same checks I had already done and told me nothing was wrong. A few days later, the washer leaked again—this time all the way into my sunroom. I called a different service company, and they found a hole in the gasket and replaced the entire unit. I complained to the first company, but they still charged me the service fee. I will not use Appliance Repair USA for any of my other appliances.

Alex did a thorough cleaning and repair on my Bosch dryer. He showed me how the lint and dust were built up by the drain hose and now it dries wonderful. I really recommend their services.
