We had been seeking service for our dishwasher for a while and had been either receiving outlandish quotes or just ended up dealing with pretty non-responsive people. Appliance Repair USA made scheduling so quick and easy. It was an $85 flat rate that would have gone to the cost of repair had we needed one. Super reasonable! Our technician Alex was very helpful and didn't try to upsell us on anything we didn't need. Would call again!

I had Demetri come today to fully replace all parts on the dryer. He did a great job for us and showed up when he said he would. I checked 3 other companies for transparency in pricing and these guys had the best pricing. And he looked at my washing machine when I hadn't put that on the list of complaints. I would ask for Demetri. He knew his craft!!! And fair pricing too!!!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, Igor and Appliance Repair USA were responsive, efficient, professional, and thorough. Scheduling was easy and they had availability in just a few days, and the day of the appointment Igor kept in touch about ETA and arrived when he'd promised to. He diagnosed and fixed a problem in our Whirlpool washer that we'd been trying to fix for years, and he replaced our Frigidaire icemaker that day, having communicated in advance about the model so he had the parts on hand.
