I had an electrical issue with my flex drawer for my Samsung fridge. Appliance Repair was very upfront about pricing, so I asked for them to come out to look at it. Andrew was fantastic! He explained everything very well and showed me the issue with the wiring. The part that they ordered came very quickly and Andrew was back again to fix it. GREAT EXPERIENCE. I called on Saturday and they had three different window times throughout the day on Monday (two days later) to have a technician come out to assess the problem with our Samsung refrigerator ice dispenser. Max (technician) arrived. He's very friendly and professional...and we really appreciate his being a "straight shooter" about the situation regarding our ice dispenser. They are prompt and professional. I called and the service technician arrived within two hours which was a pleasant surprise. The technician was professional and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired my washer quickly. I was impressed by the technician’s efficiency and professionalism as he explained in detail the cause of the problem and the fix.
