We had been seeking service for our dishwasher for a while and had been either receiving outlandish quotes or just ended up dealing with pretty non-responsive people. Appliance Repair USA made scheduling so quick and easy. It was an $85 flat rate that would have gone to the cost of repair had we needed one. Super reasonable! Our technician Alex was very helpful and didn't try to upsell us on anything we didn't need. Would call again!

If you can have a good experiece with a repair, this was it. Ivan arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, gave me a estimate, completed the work with no additional charges. And we were back washing clothes with no leakage.

The gentleman who came out did a great job assessing the situation. Our refrigerator broke down and needs a new compressor. He was very professional, efficient and fast.

We sent out a message to various appliance repair businesses and Appliance Repair USA was the only business to give a low cost diagnostic fee that would go toward the cost of repair. Other businesses did not include the diagnostic fee with repair which is why we went through. Our fridge had been leaking water for some time, we thought it was because the fridge door was opened ajar at times. The fridge worked otherwise so we didn't think anything of it until we came back from vacation and noticed a small puddle on the side of the fridge. The diagnostic fee is understandable in today's economy and the price of the diagnostic was fair market value. Thankful that it was a quick and easy fix probably less than 30 mins in total from diagnostic to fixed!

I had Demetri come today to fully replace all parts on the dryer. He did a great job for us and showed up when he said he would. I checked 3 other companies for transparency in pricing and these guys had the best pricing. And he looked at my washing machine when I hadn't put that on the list of complaints. I would ask for Demetri. He knew his craft!!! And fair pricing too!!!

This is overdue as I had some work done on our dryer a couple of months ago. It was very easy to contact them and get a quick appointment for service and the communication on the appointment and arrival time was great. The technician, Max, was excellent. He quickly diagnosed the issue and provide me with options for the service without automatically pushing for an expensive repair. The work Max did was great and I would HIGHLY recommend this team again.
