We are so pleased with the service provided by Appliance Repair USA! They were so prompt to come to my rescue when my commercial size Maytag washing machine failed to function a few days ago, just before family was arriving. Max responded quickly and was able to diagnose the issue, order the required part and install it within two days. He was gracious, professional, and very knowledgeable. Great and fast service on a fridge repair. Andrew (the technician) was a super cool guy; easy to talk to and happy to explain things. Roman is the BEST! He is very knowledgeable about our LG washer, despite its age (elderly). He diagnosed the problem, returned in a couple days to install the new parts and the problem has been resolved. Thank you!

Appliance Repair USA came by to help me install my washer at my new home. Since I live in a mobile home and previously was renting at a regular home, my washer and dryer were incompatible with the connections for my mobile home. A.R. USA was able to quote me for the adapter and make it so I could keep my washer and dryer! The value was well priced and I was ready to wash/dry same day! Thank you

Andrew was quick and able to locate the issue and fix our dryer in under an hour. Highly recommend, easy to schedule and very helpful. The repair cost was straightforward and affordable.

Max has helped us with multiple repairs on an older Viking range and oven. He is always professional and thorough in explaining everything that needs to be done. Prices are fair going through them versus trying to buy the parts on your own.

Great experience so far. Our technician, Roman was knowledgeable and seemed to know exactly what the issue was with our dryer. Fair price too. So far our dryer seems to be working great!

The service guy Roman did a good job, but left a huge mess. I had my dryer vent cleaned. Expected the site to be cleaned up. I spent nearly 45 minutes cleaning up. And it is still not cleaned up. Totally unprofessional. I will not be using the service again.

I was working with Mike, by phone, for a replacement of an electric double oven. I was having trouble with my on line banking. Mike went out of his way to help me through this process. I was originally quoted that it could take 2-4 weeks to get my order but within 4 days my order was ready to be picked up. What a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend The Appliance Depot if you are looking for new appliances. I would definitely go back!
