Romon was fantastic, he showed up on time and even waited 20 minutes for me while I was stuck in traffic. We had booked the night before and have 6 people living in the house along with 3 animals so a working Dryer is essential. He showed me that the dryer was full of lint and he cleaned it out for us along with repairing a lever that needed to be repaired. He was kind and courteous and I would highly recommend using this company for any of your appliance repair needs.

After learning the replacement part was difficult to find due to the age of the machine, I determined it made more sense to purchase a new washer rather than move forward with the repair. I appreciated their professional and straightforward service. I've added them to my contacts for any future appliance issues.

Appliance Repair USA came by to help me install my washer at my new home. Since I live in a mobile home and previously was renting at a regular home, my washer and dryer were incompatible with the connections for my mobile home. A.R. USA was able to quote me for the adapter and make it so I could keep my washer and dryer! The value was well priced and I was ready to wash/dry same day! Thank you
