I had an electrical issue with my flex drawer for my Samsung fridge. Appliance Repair was very upfront about pricing, so I asked for them to come out to look at it. Andrew was fantastic! He explained everything very well and showed me the issue with the wiring. The part that they ordered came very quickly and Andrew was back again to fix it. He is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I will be recommending him to my friends and family and will happily use this company again. Thanks!

Appliance Repair USA came by to help me install my washer at my new home. Since I live in a mobile home and previously was renting at a regular home, my washer and dryer were incompatible with the connections for my mobile home. A.R. USA was able to quote me for the adapter and make it so I could keep my washer and dryer! The value was well priced and I was ready to wash/dry same day! Thank you

Outstanding service! The repairman, Roman, went above and beyond to repair my dryer. I was impressed by his knowledge and efficiency. This was a difficult repair, but the dryer is now like new. It was impressive how supportive one of the owners was. I highly recommend this company.

The gentleman who came out did a great job assessing the situation. Our refrigerator broke down and needs a new compressor. He was very professional, efficient and fast.

Just wanted to thank Max for figuring out what was wrong with our Kitchen Aid dishwasher. Max never gave up and after three visits and a lot of trouble shooting, he totally figured out the problem and fixed our dishwasher. I am truly grateful for his genuine concern and his terrific, postive, never give up attitude. Highly recommend!

GREAT EXPERIENCE. I called on Saturday and they had three different window times throughout the day on Monday (two days later) to have a technician come out to assess the problem with our Samsung refrigerator ice dispenser. Max (technician) arrived. He's very friendly and professional...and we really appreciate his being a "straight shooter" about the situation regarding our ice dispenser. All is well and the charge was not out of line. We will most definitely consider this vendor for any future household appliance needs! Thanks, Max, and thanks Appliance Repair USA (Irvine)!
